Commercial Lines Producer Requirements & Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license in MA required; RI license a plus
- Minimum 3 commercial insurance sales
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and retain clients
- Professional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills; self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience with AMS360 agency management system preferred
Commercial Lines Producer Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial insurance accounts
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Identify client risks and recommend tailored commercial insurance solutions
- Present proposals, negotiate terms, and secure coverage for clients
- Collaborate closely with internal service and account management teams
- Ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements
- Track activity and manage your sales pipeline using AMS360
