Sous Chef Benefits & Compensation

Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred, but not required –
- Minimum 3-4 years in a similar upscale or scratch kitchen role with an understanding of Italian cooking
- Proven experience in upscale or upscale casual dining. A passion for scratch cooking and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
- Bilingual in Spanish, required
