General Manager Qualifications
4+ years restaurant management (fine dining/steakhouse preferred)
- Strong financial and operational skills
- ServSafe Manager & TABC required
- Proven leadership, communication, and team-development abilities
General Manager Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations and uphold service standards
- Manage financials, inventory, and cost controls
- Ensure food safety, quality, and a polished dining environment
- Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve concerns
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop team members
