We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow comprehensive office design sales across multiple markets. This leadership role is responsible for building high-performing sales teams, driving anew business and winning competitive opportunities.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Hire, train, and hold team members accountable to sales goals
- Drive business development and manage strategic relationships
- Oversee RFPs, bids, and competitive sales opportunities
- Implement and manage a structured sales process
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to support growth
- Present confidently to executive-level decision makers
Sales Manager Requirements:
- 5 + years proven experience leading B2B sales teams
- Background in contract furniture, commercial interiors, or related industries preferred
- Strong business development and RFP experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Onsite position M-F
