Please note this is a traditional role that reports to an office setting 5 days per week.
Customer Success Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee and optimize daily operations of the customer support department.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve service levels.
- Report directly to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
Customer Success Manager Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of experience in customer support or customer service management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a growing team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Experience in wellness, holistic health, or related industries is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site corporate environment, Monday-Friday.
