We are seeking a hands-on Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact marketing events focused on driving new customer acquisition and business growth. This role owns the full lifecycle of field marketing events and activations, from planning and coordination through on-site execution and post-event analysis.

Field Marketing Manager – What You’ll Do
- Plan, manage, and execute free customer-facing marketing events and activations
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution
- Lead on-site event execution, including setup, run of show, and breakdown
- Track event performance and follow up on leads generated to support new business sales
- Partner closely with sales to convert event engagement into qualified opportunities
- Measure success through new customer acquisition, revenue impact, and event ROI
Field Marketing Manager – Compensation & Incentives
- Base salary range of $60,000–$75,000
- Bonus or commission potential of $5,000–$20,000+ annually, tied to new business generated from events
- Bonuses may be structured around closed deals from event leads, conversion rates, or quarterly performance goals
- Total compensation of $70,000–$90,000+, with top performers able to exceed this over time
