National Sales Manager – Medical Supply Company

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers; establish territory plans, KPIs, and performance goals.
- Manage exclusive distributor relationships, create scorecards, and conduct regular business reviews.
- Oversee tenders/RFPs, pricing strategy, and contracting with health systems, GPOs, and IDNs.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, demand planning, and CRM pipeline management.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies with a focus on surgeon training and account development.
- Deliver user trainings and collaborate with physician training centers and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and professional meetings.
- Serve as liaison to product development, gathering voice-of-customer (VOC) insights and supporting pilots/evidence-generation initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure compliant and efficient commercial execution.
- Monitor sales performance, distributor effectiveness, and market trends to refine strategy.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of medical device commercial experience, including at least 3 years leading field teams and/or distributor networks.
- ENT/otology background strongly preferred; familiarity with OR workflows and surgeon training environments.
- Proven experience with tenders/RFPs, healthcare contracting, and pricing governance.
- Skilled in developing training programs and working with physician training centers.
- Experience partnering with product development teams (VOC, post-market feedback).
- Strong negotiation, contracting, pricing, CRM, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- International collaboration experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
