Cafe Service Specialist Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage of $18–$20.
- Full-time position with 40 hours/week.

Cafe Service Specialist Requirements & Qualifications
- Bubbly and personable personality suitable for front-of-house interactions.
- Appropriate appearance to fit the company culture, especially when interacting with senior leadership.
- Barista experience preferred.
- Degree not required, but a plus.
- Agency must conduct virtual or in-person interviews to confirm culture fit.
Cafe Service Specialist Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform barista duties, including serving breakfast and lunch.
- Restock grab-and-go items and assist with customer checkouts.
- Help set up for catered lunches and customer tours.
- Open the café for breakfast service or close at 4 PM, depending on the shift.
