Golf Professional – Requirements & Qualifications
- PGA Class A Professional (or equivalent)
- Must be a scratch golfer
- Experience in luxury or championship-level golf environments
- Strong background in player instruction and golf simulator technologies
Must Haves
- Lead private lessons, clinics, and year-round instructional programs
- Manage and enhance golf simulator experiences and virtual training tools
- Support multi-course daily operations with Forbes-level service standards
- Assist with tournaments, VIP events, and corporate golf programming
Golf Professional – Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with PGA-caliber or Pete Dye–designed courses
- Familiarity with TrackMan, Foresight, Toptracer, or similar systems
- Ability to create junior, family, or specialty golf programs
- Background in luxury resort or high-touch hospitality operations
