Corporate Executive Chef – Dallas
Join a trendy and stable restaurant group as they seek an experienced chef with multi-unit experience to lead their culinary operations. Corporate Executive Chef Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary in the $140-150k range.

Corporate Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in European cuisine, particularly upscale Italian.
- Some administrative skills required, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Culinary degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High energy and a hands-on approach to kitchen leadership.
Corporate Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support multiple chefs and oversee daily back-of-the-house operations in collaboration with restaurant general managers and the VP of Operations.
- Ensure all kitchen functionality elements are in place and performing at acceptable levels.
- Play an active role in the development and management of new restaurant locations as growth dictates.
- Maintain company standards on cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen recipes, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure all restaurants maintain clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and food storage areas.
- Manage costs and collaborate with company chefs and general managers to achieve revenue and profit goals.
