Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
- At least 2 years of Profit & Loss accountability
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
- Skilled in team leadership, development, and communication
- Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy
- Demonstrates sound decision-making and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Ability to resolve conflicts and lead by example
