Executive Chef Benefits & Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of $100K–$110K plus bonus potential.

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of high-volume restaurant operations experience ($10M+).
- Passport required for training.
- Full-service, polished dining experience is essential.
- New restaurant opening (NRO) experience is a plus.
- Professional culinary training preferred, but not required.
- Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Strong passion for food and people, with an adaptable mindset.
- Team-oriented and open-minded approach to leadership.
- Must relocate to Dallas.
