Looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! We are a local growing, upscale-casual restaurant w/ a scratch menu, specializing in amazing food with a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a candidate that can communicate effectively and motivate their team while assuring superior guest service.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ Years Experience in scratch kitchen upscale concept
- Understanding of systems, methods, and processes
- Must possess the ability to lead a fun and engaging environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop team
- Strong passion for food and beverage
- Self Driven – ability and desire to keep learning & growing
- Problem Solving Skills
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Team member support
- Conduct line checks
- Prepare end-of-shift and day financials
- Follow best practices. and guild lines to meet the standard
- Manage day-to-day operations ensuring great guest experiences
- Ensure the environment in the restaurant supports culture and integrity
- Must love people and be a part of a team
