Store Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 3+ years in retail sales or customer-facing management
- Proven success leading commission-based sales teams
- Strong coaching, accountability, and KPI-driven mindset
- Oversees store presentation, operations, and team scheduling
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred experience with CRMs and sales performance tools
