What You’ll Lead
- $10M+ restaurant buildouts
- Design development & architectural coordination
- MEP + engineering alignment
- Budgets, cost control, and value engineering
- Site selection + due diligence
- Vendor and contractor oversight
- End-to-end development execution
What You Bring
- 10–15+ years in construction, development, or architecture
- Experience managing large-scale hospitality or retail projects
- Strong understanding of design, MEP systems, and buildout complexity
- Ability to balance creativity, engineering, and cost
- A hands-on, owner’s-rep mindset
