Assistant Kitchen Manager – Scratch-Kitchen Polished Casual Dining
$85K base salary + Growth Opportunities

We’re growing our scratch-kitchen, full-service, polished-casual dining brand and are looking for Assistant Kitchen Managers who want to be part of our next phase of expansion — with plans to reach 12 locations and beyond.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and Inspire: Drive results through clear communication, accountability, and motivation.
- Develop Your Team: Coach and grow kitchen talent, building future leaders from within.
- Execute with Precision: Uphold recipes, systems, and standards to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Model Hands-On Leadership: Step in where needed and maintain a strong presence on the line.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of full-service kitchen management experience, in a polished-casual or scratch-kitchen restaurant environment.
- A Culinary degree
- A hands-on, high-energy leadership style and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and operational excellence.
- Relocation flexibility is a plus as we continue to expand.
