Looking for an Executive Chef with experience in multi-outlet dining to assist some of our accounts in the Tidewater and Richmond markets.
Traveling Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of kitchen operations for multiple area locations
- Ability to drive and deliver results
- Participate in continuous training/coaching of all BOH team members
- Conduct team meetings, menu implementations etc.
Traveling Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a similar Executive Chef role.
- Ability to travel and work a variety of sifts as needed.
- Subject matter expert on company standards, systems and processes and ability to coach those to a wide audience
- Ability to converse in Spanish is a plus.
