What You’ll Do
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations — hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
- Manage P&L, inventory, and cost controls to drive profitability
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with consistency and energy

- Execute company initiatives while maintaining operational excellence
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume QSR
- Proven success in driving sales, managing costs, and developing people
- Hands-on leadership style with strong business acumen
