Kitchen Manager Benefits:
- The position is full-time year-round
- Housing available
- Salary $60-70k plus annual bonus
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Kitchen Manager experience
- Strong culinary training (formal or informal)
- Must be creative and move to cook in a scratch kitchen
- 5+ years experience in events and catering
- Interest in living in the Shasta County Area
- Excited about creating a warm family atmosphere for staff while maintaining high standards (has had prior success managing to these goals)
- Strong interest in training/coaching
- Independent thinker with great initiative, but comfortable working within a defined framework
