Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within the QSR or food service industry.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new systems and operational processes.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and scaling operations.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with multi-unit management.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and operational software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
