An established restoration organization is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead smoke remediation, restoration, and repair efforts in response to recent wildfires in Altadena.
Role Overview:
You’ll oversee project timelines, budgets, and field teams to ensure efficient and high-quality restoration of affected properties. This includes coordinating cleaning and repair operations, managing resources, and collaborating with community partners to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage remediation and repair projects from start to finish
- Track budgets, costs, and resources
- Maintain project timelines and reporting (Gantt charts, status updates)
- Lead field teams and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
- Communicate progress with stakeholders and partners
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or project management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Financial literacy and budget management experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in evolving, fast-paced environments
