A new upscale restaurant concept is in need of a Pastry Chef to assist in the production of high-quality pastries for our restaurant. Our ideal candidate will have a culinary degree and experience in a 100% scratch kitchen. This individual needs to be comfortable leading a team and developing procedures and systems for our company as we continue to grow.
Restaurant Pastry Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards for execution
- Identify, Train, Develop and coach pastry cooks
- Manage financial performance while planning and growing the business
Restaurant Pastry Sous Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with and managing a high-quality pastry department
- Bakery experience is a plus for bread service offerings
- Ability to adapt and change
- Strong leadership skills
