Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant leadership role
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
- Valid Food Safety and Alcohol Service Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of P&L, labor management, and inventory control
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must Haves:
- Lead and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff through daily service and shift transitions
- Actively monitor and enhance the guest experience on the floor—hands-on, present leadership style
- Analyze weekly sales and labor reports to make informed operational decisions
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and continuous staff training
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure quality control and menu execution
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a fast-casual or upscale-casual dining environment
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast, Aloha, etc.) and scheduling tools (7shifts, HotSchedules)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and community engagement
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
