Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements:
- Passion for people, problem-solving, and creating a fun, inclusive workplace
- Proactive, organized, and thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Ability to shift easily between big-picture problem-solving and hands-on tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with HR systems (ATS/HRIS), spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative mindset
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, ideally in hospitality, retail, or entertainment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Paycor or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Talent Acquisition Manager Preferred Background:
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from job posting through onboarding
- Skilled at candidate communication, offer management, and creating a consistent, positive hiring experience
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate, compliant records
- Strong collaboration skills; able to partner with managers and operational leaders on staffing goals
- Candidate-focused mindset with an ability to deliver a warm, brand-aligned hiring journey
- Experience with hiring events, community partnerships, or employer brand initiatives
- Comfortable tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports or dashboards for leadership
- Ability to support recruiting systems, processes, and special HR projects as needed
