🌺 Lead the Future of Retail in Hawai‘i – Director of Liquor
Large grocery retailer, is seeking a visionary liquor retail leader to shape and elevate the shopping experience. Relocation to Honolulu.
What You’ll Do as a Director of Liquor:
- Responsible for all aspects of sales and merchandising in all the stores across all the Hawaii islands.
- Lead the store pricing, product assortment and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the buying and merchandising team to increase the customer experience as well as profitability.
- Develop strong relationships with liquor supplier to ensure completive pricing, delivery and assortment.
- Travel across the islands working with the grocery team.
What We’re Looking For from a Director of Liquor:
- 5+ years of leadership in the liquor industry (multi-unit or corporate-level).
- Proven track record in growing sales, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of Hawai‘i’s marketplace and customer expectations.
- Expertise in optimizing store space and managing trends.
- Collaborative, inspiring leadership style with excellent communication skills.
