Account Coordinator – Events & Exhibits Industry (Trainee) | Orlando, FL

You’ll be mentored by seasoned Account Managers and gain hands-on experience in client relations, project coordination, and event production.

This is a trainee position that assists the Account Manager and is designed to grow into an Account Manager role
What You’ll Do
- Assist Account Managers with project coordination from concept through completion.
- Help manage timelines, budgets, and communication between clients and internal teams.
- Track progress, organize deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Support trade show logistics, shipping coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Learn the full lifecycle of exhibit and event production.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for learning.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a “jump in and help” attitude.
- Previous administrative, marketing, or event coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50K to $55K+, depending on experience
- Benefits: Medical contribution, paid time off, 401K with company contribution (after 12 months)
