We are looking for an Executive Meeting Manager to add to our sales team at our luxury, boutique hotel! Interested candidates should have experience in catering in a hotel setting (sales or operations), be highly personable, and ambitious in their career growth.

Executive Meeting Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of catering experience in a hotel setting (sales or operations)
- Friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor
- Ability to clearly communicate in English
- Sharp computer skills and experience with different software programs
- Detail-oriented and able to create flawless guest experiences
Executive Meeting Manager Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner
- Qualify potential business and capture good business
- Actively source new clients and business
- Book events and create BEOs
- Communicate clearly and succinctly with operations departments on events
- Other duties as assigned
