Position Summary
The Outside Sales Representative will take ownership of a defined territory, focused on developing new business, expanding client relationships, and driving revenue through B2B sales. This is a field-based role for someone who thrives on independence, embraces the challenge of new opportunities, and has a proven record of exceeding sales goals.
What You’ll Do as an Outside Sales Rep
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and trade shows
- Conduct on-site, in-person meetings with prospects to understand their needs
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals and solutions to decision-makers
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products/services to confidently present value to clients
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
What We’re Looking For in an Outside Sales Rep
- Minimum of 3 years outside sales with a proven track record of success
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hunter mentality with the discipline to work independently and manage your pipeline
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
