Human Resources Manager – Multi-Location Restaurant Group

Minneapolis, MN (with travel to Dallas, TX as needed – approximately 25%)

Are you a people-first HR leader who thrives in a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment? We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our culture, developing our people, and driving operational excellence across multiple Food & Beverage locations in Minneapolis and Dallas.

As the HR Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner to restaurant leadership—guiding everything from recruitment and onboarding to training, employee relations, and compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to build high-performing teams, foster engagement, and ensure our people practices support the success of every location.
