RETAIL – Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Nationwide
We’re seeking a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for operations roles across multiple states and sites. You will manage a team of recruiters, optimize ATS processes, and develop nationwide talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of recruiters to meet staffing goals.
- Manage and improve ATS workflows, reporting, and national pipelines.
- Direct recruitment for key roles, including leadership hires.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Maintain employer branding and leverage social media and passive sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7–10 years of high-volume full-cycle recruiting experience; 3–5 years leading nationwide teams.
- Experience managing 5+ recruiters in multi-state, multi-site organizations.
- Retail or operations recruitment experience preferred.
- Proficient with ATS systems (TalentReef preferred), recruiting metrics, and social sourcing.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
