What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager
- Lead high-energy shifts with a focus on smooth operations
- Hire, train, and coach team members for success
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences every day
- Manage inventory, labor, and safety compliance
- Support business planning and drive performance
What You Bring as an Assistant Manager
- 1–3 years of restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety, labor, and cost controls
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
- A hands-on, people-first leadership style
