Marketing Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with premium consumer brands
- Proven success implementing global marketing strategies in a local (Americas) context
- Experience across omnichannel marketing: retail/trade, digital, social media, PR, and advertising
- Strong collaboration history with Sales, eCommerce, Product, and Operations teams
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently while driving cross-functional initiatives
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid schedule (Stamford, CT)
Marketing Manager – Must Haves:
- Lead 360° marketing campaigns, including new product launches in the Move category
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints (in-store, digital, PR, social)
- Manage product distribution and assortment strategy from a marketing perspective
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs (ROI, traffic, awareness, conversion)
- Collaborate with global product teams to adapt and localize product launches for the Americas market
- Translate consumer insights into effective go-to-market strategies
Marketing Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Background in premium or luxury consumer goods, ideally within lifestyle, parenting, or juvenile products
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to link marketing to revenue growth
- Experience working in fast-paced, international organizations
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, able to balance innovation with business objectives
- Independent, innovative, and collaborative team player with a purpose-driven approach
