Exterior Projects Sales Specialist – Benefits & Compensation
- $45,000 base salary plus 35% of net profits (OTE= $175k-$195k)

Exterior Projects Sales Specialist – Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role (climbing, jobsite inspections, exterior evaluations)
- Professional, trustworthy presentation when interacting with homeowners
- Comfortable attending weekly meetings for sales, materials, and production updates
- Not suited for high-pressure “car lot” tactics—credibility and service drive results here
Must Haves
- Desire to earn six figures and the discipline to make it happen
- Ability to follow a defined sales process from estimate through installation
- Honest, reliable, and consistent—your word must carry weight
- Thick skin and persistence—the culture is direct and demanding but supportive
Preferred Background & Skills
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
- Successful hires have come from diverse backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust quickly
