Food & Beverage Manager
Executive Campus | Weekday Dining & Guest Services
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee dining and beverage operations at a premier executive campus. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional hospitality in a refined, professional environment that supports global foundations, civic leaders, and business executives.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-of-house dining and bar operations during weekday service
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and teamwork
- Partner with the General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain consistency, timing, and quality across all food and beverage experiences
- Oversee scheduling, labor management, and assist with inventory control
- Ensure dining areas and beverage outlets remain clean, organized, and welcoming
- Provide support for weekend events on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on, guest-focused management style
- Experience overseeing both à la carte dining and small group functions
- Weekday availability with flexibility for occasional weekend support
