We are seeking an excited, fun, and passionate Chef de Cuisine to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the kitchen of a high-volume Japanese restaurant, where creativity, collaboration, and genuine hospitality are at the core of everything we do. Chef de Cuisine Benefits and Compensation

Chef and Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef and/or 1 year as a CDC in full-service, high-volume restaurants
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated skill in inspiring, motivating, and developing employees
- Flexible and adaptable to ongoing changes
Chef de Cuisine Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in events and banquet operations
- Passion for Japanese food culture and dining experiences
- Knowledge of sake, Japanese beverages, or pairing principles
- Track record of maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards
- Strong collaboration with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Creative problem-solving and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
