We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager with experience in fashion, apparel, or manufacturing to lead brand strategy, digital marketing, and retail support initiatives. Marketing Manager (Fashion & Apparel) Benefits
- Salary up to $120,000 plus annual performance bonus

Marketing Manager (Fashion & Apparel) Qualifications
- 4–10 years of hands-on fashion/apparel or manufacturing marketing experience
- Proven digital and growth marketing expertise (social media platforms, SEO, email campaigns, website optimization, content)
- Experience with trade shows, photo shoots, and event marketing
- A strong creative eye, data-driven mindset, and ability to track ROI and oversee campaign budgets
- A sample portfolio must be provided by all candidates
- Leadership experience managing small teams and agency partners who create local marketing initiatives and provided resources for in-store sales success
- Outgoing, adaptable, and client-facing personality
- Must be in-office 4 days/week and open to domestic/international travel
Marketing Manager (Fashion & Apparel) Responsibilities
- Lead brand and digital marketing strategy across B2B and B2C channels
- Manage trade shows, photoshoots, PR campaigns, and digital activations
- Oversee social media platforms, website optimization, SEO, and email marketing
- Track budgets, KPIs, and ROI with a results-driven approach
- Support retailers with localized marketing and training initiatives
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and retailer meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Lead and grow a small creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation
