District Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- 3 weeks PTO and 10 paid holidays

- Uncapped commission structure, with total compensation ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 annually
District Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- MUST be bilingual in English & Spanish
- 2+ years of experience in B2B outside sales with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling to small, independent business owners and retailers
- Go-getter mentality with the ability to develop relationships quickly within a short sales cycle
- Comfortable working in a high-volume sales role with the autonomy to achieve results
- Strong customer service mentality to ensure the best service for clients
District Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a similar industry or market
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
