We are a growing, privately owned restaurant group seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team for an exciting new restaurant opening. This role includes a 6–8 week paid training program in Columbus, Ohio, where you’ll learn directly from our experienced team before stepping into your leadership role.

Responsibilities
- Lead by example and make an immediate positive impact on restaurant results
- Build, train, and inspire strong, cohesive teams focused on excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless communication between FOH and BOH
- Review financial and operational results and create action plans to maximize performance
- Ensure every guest receives the highest level of hospitality and service
- Thrive in a high-volume setting with $7M+ in annual sales
- Maintain a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, AGM or higher preferred
- Scratch kitchen experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of P&L, labor, and cost controls
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
