Our client is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join their team on-site in the Northern Virginia area.
You must have experience recruiting for superintendents, engineers, project leaders, physical designers, and VDC/BIM specialists.

Recruiting Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

Recruiting Manager Qualifications:
- 7+ years of industry-specific recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years managing a team
- Experience recruiting for superintendents, engineers, and project leaders, physical designers, VDC/BIM specialists, superintendents
- Experience managing recruiters and willing to run their own recruiting desk
- Proficiency with ATS platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate
Recruiting Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinate across the organization to assess needs
- Strategize, manage, and lead recruiting efforts for the coming year
- Handle budget responsibilities for the recruiting department
- Conduct interviews for applicants, especially senior-level roles
- Select, develop, and mentor a recruiting staff
- Connect directly with internal and external stakeholders while recommending recruiting strategies and tactical approaches
