District Manager – Fast Food Drive-Thru Operations
We build leaders who build winning teams. As a District Manager, you’ll oversee multiple high-volume drive-thru restaurants, develop top-performing managers from within, and drive operational excellence across your market.

What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of proven success as a District Manager in fast food with drive-thru operations
- Currently employed in a leadership role
- Track record of developing managers internally and building bench strength
- Strong P&L management, cost control, and sales-driving expertise
- Hands-on leadership style with integrity, discipline, and respect as non-negotiables
- Ability to travel for 4–6 weeks of initial training
- Must be a local OKC candidate (no relocation offered)
