Coffee Machine Technician

Do you love great coffee and have a talent for fixing things? We’re looking for an experienced Coffee Machine Technician to join our growing team! This is a field-based role with the flexibility of working from home. You’ll travel to customer locations to service and repair commercial coffee equipment, ensuring our clients always receive the best coffee experience.

What You’ll Do
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial coffee machines at customer sites
- Provide friendly, professional customer service while ensuring quality repairs
- Work independently and manage your own schedule with pride and accountability
- Keep equipment operating safely, cleanly, and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of repair experience with vending machines, ice machines, or restaurant/bar equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and complete each repair job fully
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and fluency in English
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with restaurant/food service equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of scheduling software, POS systems, or inventory tools
- Passion for hospitality, coffee, and creating memorable customer experiences
