Position Summary
The Sales & General Manager will serve as a strategic leader and growth driver for our organization. This role combines the ability to scale revenue and gross profit with the leadership skills to build, coach, and retain top-performing sales teams. You will oversee daily operations, refine sales processes, enhance customer experience, and ensure operational excellence in alignment with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and maximize gross profit.
- Lead High-Performing Teams: Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top sales and operational talent.
- Sales Process Optimization: Refine and implement sales systems, tools, and metrics to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, installation, and customer service teams.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, monitor results, and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance at all levels.
- Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first culture that drives repeat business and referrals.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the New Jersey home services market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with ownership to align strategies with long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 5+ years in sales management within the home services, remodeling, or related industry.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and gross profit in a competitive market.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performance sales teams.
- Strong operational management skills with experience overseeing multiple functions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and strong business acumen.
Preferred:
- Experience in exterior home improvement, remodeling, or similar industries.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
- Background in both residential and commercial sales operations.
