Position Summary
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Field Sales Representative / In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals. You will be working with pre-qualified leads—no cold calling—and will be backed by a strong marketing and installation team that ensures customers receive top-notch service from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity for a top-performing closer who thrives on commission-based income and enjoys the freedom to control their earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess project needs and present solutions.
- Deliver persuasive, value-focused sales presentations that highlight our products, craftsmanship, and customer service.
- Follow a proven sales process to achieve high closing rates.
- Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups through the company’s CRM system.
- Accurately prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2+ years of in-home sales experience.
- Proven track record as a top performer with strong closing skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of accountability.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed (based on customer availability).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
