Closing Shift Manager – Benefits and Compensation
- $15/hour base pay plus tips ($22–$25/hr average)

Closing Shift Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- Available Thursdays through Sundays, 6 PM–4 AM
- Valid Food Handler’s Certification and TABC
- Comfortable working in a hands-on leadership role that includes food prep, cooking, and front counter guest service
- Can consistently lift up to 50 lbs, bend/stoop/reach throughout a shift
- Demonstrates tactful, respectful communication with teammates and guests
- Leads by example—upholding recipes, plate builds, and service standards
Must-Haves
- Experience preparing and baking pizza dough from scratch, including tossing and oven work
- Willingness to take ownership of shifts by managing crew, food quality, order flow, and kitchen cleanliness
- Flexible mindset: willing to run food, box pies, and jump into any role as needed
- Clear understanding of how personal effort affects team success: “you get out what you put in”
- Positive, proactive energy while working the line and supporting the counter
Closing Shift Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Prior experience in dual-role positions (leadership + direct food handling)
- Scratch kitchen experience, especially with pizza or specialty baked items
- Quick-turn interviewing experience—able to start immediately if selected
