Hotel General Manager Wanted! Join Our New England Team!
We are a leading hospitality company based in New England, seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our team of passionate professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a dedicated team eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
- Ensure our guests experience the most incredible stay by embodying our vision and values.
- Be operationally and technically savvy, with a strong understanding of financials to optimize performance.
- Drive learning and development initiatives for the team while managing the necessary paperwork.
- Foster innovation by implementing streamlined and efficient processes.
- Maximize occupancy and Revenue Per Available Room (REVPAR).
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Front Office and ensure smooth communication across the hotel.
Requirements:
- Full-service experience is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations is essential.
