What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals ages 5+
- Collaborate with team members, families, and other providers as needed
- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 weekly client sessions (Telehealth can be an option)
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training
Who You Are:
- Fully licensed in Virginia as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Skilled in psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
- Comfortable working with diverse populations and creative in your therapeutic approach
- Familiar with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus)
Preferred but not required:
- EMDR training or experience
