We are looking to add a Restaurant Manager to our leadership team. We are a Luxury Resort with a very busy restaurant! We are looking for someone with upscale to fine dining experience, high volume experience, and a true passion for beverage.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in fine dining or upscale dining leadership
- 2+ years experience in a hotel or resort setting
- High volume experience required
- Sommelier certification preferred
- Dynamic personality and out-of-the-box thinker / problem solver
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the Front of House team with consistency and integrity
- Work with the culinary team to ensure smooth and proper service
- Manage schedules and labor cost to a budget
- Manage the beverage program, pour cost, inventory, and selection
- Other duties as assigned
Restaurant Manager Benefits:
