Sous Chef – Historic Downtown Savannah | Brunch-Forward Bistro

A beloved and bustling neighborhood bistro in historic downtown Savannah is seeking a talented and dependable Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. Known for our elevated takes on Southern classics, we offer a warm, fast-paced environment focused on high-quality ingredients, exceptional hospitality, and consistency across brunch, lunch, and dinner service.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position supporting the Executive Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations, including prep, line execution, staff supervision, and ordering. The Sous Chef plays a key role in maintaining our culinary standards while fostering a team culture built on accountability, respect, and professionalism.
