Regional Vice President Responsibilities
- Lead PACE Program operations for current centers as well as launching new sites
- Collaborate with and support the President of PACE program in furthering initiatives and maintaining program compliance
- Maintain staffing for effective operation of each center
Regional Vice President Requirements
- 10+ years of VP-Level or Regional leadership in Senior Living/Senior Care PACE Programs
- Collaborative leadership style and track record for sustained portfolio growth within a region
- Experience launching and supporting senior care facilities in new territories
