Marketing Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Proven ability to manage and execute campaigns across multiple brands or industries
- Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management
- Hands-on experience with branding, storytelling, and cross-channel campaign execution
- Ability to create and oversee marketing calendars, budgets, and KPI tracking
- Exceptional organizational skills to juggle 3 versatile portfolios with unique voices and audiences
- Creative eye for design and brand consistency, working closely with vendors or internal teams
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights) to measure success and drive decisions
Marketing Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Agency experience or prior success handling multiple clients/accounts
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different brands
- Experience collaborating with leadership teams and operations to align marketing with business goals
- Comfortable switching gears between creative brainstorming and data-driven reporting
